WEI YUXIANG President of PetroKazakhstan Overseas Services Ink. and PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources, First Vice-President of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products   Mr. Wei Yuxiang was born on November 18, 1963. He got a degree in Petroleum Engineering from South West    Petroleum Institute and took courses in International Petroleum Business Management and Oilfield Stimulation Measures.  Mr. Wei Yuxiang has more than 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to his appointment as the President of PetroKazakhstan in January 2010, Mr. Wei held various management positions for over 16 years, including 5 years of work for PetroKazakhstan.
	ASSYLBEK KARIBAYEV President, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products   Assylbek Karibayev was born in Almaty on September 23, 1977. He got degree in Economics from Kazakh Academy of Management. In 1997 started his career as an economist at Gassnabtrans corporation of NGHC Kazakhgaz. From 2003 worked in KazTransOil as Deputy of West branch. From 2005 to 2009 in JSC Trade House KazMunaiGaz. Has significant management experience in oil and gas industry. From October 2009 was First Vice-President of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP. By decision of shareholders’ meeting was appointed as President of the Company on July 7, 2010.
