Today, on February 28, 2025 at 15:00 the meeting of the management of PKOP LLP with the labor collective on the results of the company’s activity for 2024 was held. The meeting was held in accordance with the Regulations of the unified system of internal communications between the employer and employees of PKOP LLP.
After the opening speech of Mr. B.Yeregenov, President, PKOP LLP, the report on implementation of the production program was made by Mr. R.Navessov, Director, Operations; on the indicators of financial and economic activity was made by Mr. A.Turarov, Director, Economics and Planning; on the indicators of the HSE Department – Mr. M.Ablayev M.T., Chief Technical Officer, Safety and Labor Protection – Director, HSE Department; Mr.T. Zharmakhanbetov, Director, Human Resources and Administration spoke about labor performance indicators.
At the end of the reports, managers of the company’s structural subdivisions gave appropriate answers to the questions asked by the labor collective.
The management of PKOP LLP completely fulfills its obligations before the workers under the Collective Agreement and will keep on doing the same in the future. Also, this year Shymkent Refinery of PKOP LLP celebrates its 40th anniversary, within the frames of which it is planned to hold a number of events and charitable activities.
