On April 15, 2025, representatives of PKOP LLP held a meeting with senior students of technical specialties of South Kazakhstan Polytechnic College. The event was attended by T.Zharmakhanbetov, Director, HR and Administration Department, R.Navessov, Director, Operations, M.Yeskulov, Leader, Energy Team, O.Sharip, Deputy Leader, Technical Team, A.Prokofiev, Manager, Instrumentation Workshop and M.Myrkhaidarov, Mechanic of Workshop No.1.

During the meeting the employees of the company familiarized the students with the history of the Refinery, specifics of work at the enterprise and principles of personnel selection. Future specialists actively asked questions and received detailed answers.

Special attention was paid to the Year of working professions announced by the Head of State and the importance of training qualified personnel. At the end of the event, representatives of PKOP LLP applied the students with a message to study with diligence and strive for professional development.
