In accordance with paragraph No. 61 of the rules for equal access to key capacity approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 15 dated June 13, 2022, the following information is posted:
1) a public contract for the provision of services for processing of oil and (or) gas condensate, and (or) refined products (hereinafter referred to as the public contract);
2) refining fee per ton of oil and (or) gas condensate, and (or) refined products;
The refining fee for the oil refining services is KZT 35,336 per ton, excluding VAT.
3) associated expenses related to feedstock processing with indication of the cost;
There are no associated expenses related to feedstock processing;
4) information on scheduled turnaround;
In 2025, no turnaround of PKOP LLP’s production facilities is scheduled.
