Resolution No.110/11 dated April 25th, 2018

1. To terminate early authorities of Mr. Qin Hongwei as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (hereinafter “Board”) appointed based on resolution No.101/5 dated May 30th, 2017 of a sole shareholder and owner of all voting shares of the Company;

2. To elect Mr. Wu Lingang, Chairperson of the Board of Governors of the Company as the member of the Board with a definition that the terms of his office as a member of the Board will expire simultaneously with the terms of the Board’s office itself.
