In accordance with the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of AO “PKKR” No.14/4 dated October 24, 2018, it was decided that the Company shall act as one of the founders of “TuzkolMunaiGas Operating” Limited Liability Partnership with 50 percent out of the capital stock of the Partnership and grant Mr. Wu Lingang authorities to sign foundation documents of the Partnership on behalf of the Company and also proceed with other actions related to establishment of the Partnership.
