In 2016, the Shymkent oil refinery (PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP) actually processed 4, 501, 467 tonnes of crude oil versus planned 4, 444, 623 tonnes, and the plan execution amounted to 101.28%. For comparison: in 2015, PKOP LLP processed 4, 493, 312 tonnes of crude oil.
Gasoline output amounted to 1, 032, 015 tonnes, i.e. 103.26% against the plan (in 2015 – 987, 964 tonnes), diesel fuel – 1, 203, 445 tonnes, i.e. 101.16% from output targets (in 2015- 1, 192, 445 tonnes).In 2016, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP increased the production process efficiency for increase of the light oil product outputs. It should also be noted that the works on implementation of the Revamping and Modernization Project of new production lines of the refinery are extensively underway without suspension of the main process operations.
