A solemn ceremony was held in Hyatt Regency Almaty hotel in Almaty, on February 18, 2009, to summarize the results of the Corporate Secretary of Kazakhstan – 2008 contest. Anatoliy Moskvin, a corporate secretary – head of the corporate management of PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources AO – became the winner of the Corporate Secretary of Kazakhstan – 2008 contest. The nomination is unique in the area of corporate management and is aimed at indentifying the most competent and qualified corporate secretaries of joint stock companies in Kazakhstan to determine further areas of activities on improving this institution in Kazakhstan.
