Information on the resolutions taken by the sole shareholder, owner of all voting shares of “PKKR” JSC on issues related to the General Meeting of Shareholders of “PKKR” JSC:

Resolution No.118/6 dated February 14, 2019

1. To terminate early authorities of Mr. Wu Lingang, Chairperson of the Board of Governors as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (hereinafter “Board”) appointed in accordance with the resolution of a sole shareholder and owner of all voting shares of the Company No.110/11 dated April 25, 2018.

 
2. To elect Mr. Zhao Xiaoming as representative of the shareholder, namely “PKI” company while ascertain that the terms of his authorities as a member of the Board shall expire simultaneously with expiration of the terms of the Board itself.
