On August 8, in conference hall of PKOP LLP there was a meeting of the refinery personnel with Serik Sakbaldiyevich Abdenov, Managing Director, Human Resources and Remuneration Management and with Sergey Valeriyevich Kho, Deputy Director, JSC KazMunayGas, National Company, for coordination of unified approaches to Unified Personnel Policy project development of KazMunayGas JSC NC group of companies. Working-out offers on centralization and standardization of manpower planning processes, on selection, employment and personnel’s activity efficiency assessment, on training and development, and on unified personnel reserve, social support, remuneration system and etc. was brought up for discussion.
