Based on the results the general extraordinary meeting of members of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP (Shymkent Refinery) regarding the early termination of the powers of members of the Executive Board of the Partnership, a decision was made to elect the new Executive Board of the Partnership from July 1, 2022, to be composed of the following members:

Mr. Yerbolat Kozhabayev as the President and the Head of the Executive Board of the Partnership

Mr. Jian Riyuan as the First Vice President and the Member of the Executive Board of the Partnership.
