In the beginning of June in the course of businessmen forum held in Altyn Orda business center Sayat Mugynov, Senior Manager of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP  has informed: “Starting from 2016 upon completion of reconstruction Shymkent Refinery will process 6 mln. tons of crude.  Advanced oil processing will achieve 90%. Total cost of refinery modernization and reconstruction project is 1 bln. 826 mln. USD.
During this forum the Memorandum has been signed between representatives of two countries, who will promote interests of businessmen. The works will be controlled by PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP jointly with Branch Organization of China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Group LLP”. Han Hai Chao, Team Leader of CPECC LLP says: “For performance of obligations in the territory of Kazakhstan and satisfaction of requirements to term and quality of project performance local workforce and material

resources will be used, including purchasing of local products, involvement of local contractors and suppliers”.
Competitions will be held in P.R.C. territory. The process will be monitored by independent experts of South Chamber of Businessmen, who will protect interests of domestic businessmen.
