On March 2nd under the frame of a special event dedicated to the International Women’s Day there was a sports festival hold on volleyball, relay race, “Togyz Kumalak” and “Bes Assyk” (Kazakh national games). The sports festival was titled as “The most beautiful, the most sporting!” and was organized by the Trade Union Committee together with the Public Relations Department.
The most charming, most sporting and most beautiful ladies of the Company had participated at the sporting event. Summarizing the results of the competitions, the winners were revealed.
Bes Assyk (Five stifle joint bones): Bes Assyk event has turned to be a real celebration of Kazakh culture and traditions. Akmaral Kutybayeva, Saltanat Eszhanova, Zhanar Kaldybayeva, Zhanat Ibrakhimova, Aigul Zhalimbetova and Saule Amerkhankyzy could catch assyks just as well as a circus juggler.
Following the results of the Bes Assyk competition:
Akmaral Kutybayeva was awarded І place,
Zhanar Kaldybayeva – ІI place,
Saltanat Eszhanova – ІІI place.
Zhanat Ibrakhimova was awarded Ist place, Akbayan Bermanova – II place and Saule Amerkhankyzy – III place.
Volleyball. There were 3 teams participated in a volleyball competition: «Kumkol-KAM”, “Kyzylorda Main Office” and “TMGO”. Summarizing the results of the tournament, the team of “Kyzylorda Main Office” was awarded Ist place, “Kumkol-KAM” team – II place and “TMGO” team – III place.
Relay Race: All participants of the sports event, who composed 6 teams such as “Fullhearted”, “Snowdrops”, “Birlik (Solidarity)”, “Pink Leopard”, “Five Stars” and “An Arrow” could be characterized as the friendliest, most sporting and most cheerful. The playing field was a seething cauldron of emotions, every competitor did his best to get the victory for his team.
Starting lines were consisted of different stages: team presentation, “Large Clean-up”, “Jumping Rope Races”, “Lady-Cook”, “Swamp Wading”, “Kangaroo” and “Hot Potato”, in which everyone should demonstrate his team spirit, solidarity, quick thinking, agility and adeptness.
Summarizing the results of competitions, the team “An Arrow” was awarded Ist place (team personnel: Tatyana Fedotova, Sholpan Dosmailova, Olga Li, Akmaral Kutybayeva, Nurgul Sukhanova), the team “Snowdrops” was awarded II place (team personnel: Yuliya Tugelbayeva, Amina Zhanakhmetova, Gulmira Zhundabekova, Anastasiya Gyundyuz, Laura Aliyeva) and the team “Birlik” (Solidarity) (team personnel: Saltanat Eszhanova, Zhanat Yerlepessova, Sarsenkul Syzdykova, Raushan Zhubaniyaz, Shynar Seitenova) was awarded III place.
In a solemn ceremony all competitors were awarded with Recognition Certificates and prizes. Congratulations and wish new achievements!

“FOR DEAR LADIES”
On March 8th, a festive disco party “For Dear Ladies” was organized in Kumkol field, which was dedicated to the International Women’s Day.
A disco party for hit songs of late 80-s, 90-s and 2000-s was organized for fair ladies of our Company in Vakhta-40 field camp and our employees, Zhenis Zhumakhmetov and Maksat Ashimov DJed the party.
The most active participants of the entertaining program received memorable gifts presented by the Trade Union Committee of JSC ‘PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources”.
