“PetroKazakhstan Oversees Services Inc.” (hereinafter – the Company) is a member of the “PetroKazakhstan Inc.” group of companies, the activities of which are performed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the RK) and consist of acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas, sale of oil and refined products. The Company provides managerial and financial services to “PetroKazakhstan Inc.” group of companies as part of its activities.
Strategic priorities of the Company in the area of health, safety and environment (hereinafter - HSE) are:
