comply with applicable HSE and quality requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with those of consumers and other stakeholders
ensure safe working conditions and employee health by taking preventive measures to prevent injuries and ill health

ensure the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks to the health and safety of employees, contractors, the public, and the environment
involve Company employees in HSE risk mitigation activities

ensure the functioning of all levels of industrial control over compliance with legislative and other HSE requirements at the workplace

implement the best international quality management practices in the oil and gas industry
continuously improve the integrated HSE and quality management system
provide the integrated HSE and quality management system with the necessary human, financial and other resources for its full functioning and continuous improvement
To reach the defined objectives, PKKR has successfully implemented Integrated management system that is based on the requirements of such international standards as ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety management system), ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) and ST RK ISO 50001:2019 (energy management system).
In September 2023, an IMS department was established within the HSE Department to ensure the continued operation and continuous improvement of the Integrated HSE and Quality Management System.
In 2024, six company employees from various departments completed training in the “Internal IMS Auditor” program based on ISO 9001-2015, ISO 45001-2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
On February 11, 2025, the PKKR HSE and Quality Management System successfully passed certification for compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management System,” ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental Management System,” and ISO 45001:2018 “Occupational Health and Safety Management System.”
